• Pfarrgeschichte: Die dem hlg. Bischof Martin geweihte Kirche bestand schon vor 1384 und war zu dieser Zeit eine Filialkirche unter dem Dekanat Luditz. Um 1650 und Folgezeit wurde die Seelsorge teils von Libin, teils von Puschwitz aus, hauptsächlich aber durch die Mönche des Karmeliter-Klosters in Chiesch verwaltet. Im Jahre 1791 wurde die Pfarre Widhostitz wieder hergestellt.
• Widhostitz: 1580-1652 bei Pfarrei Podersam.
• Mokotill und Pschibenz: von 1654 bis 1784 bei Lubenz Bez. Luditz, erst ab 1785 zu Pfarrei Widhostitz.
